笔者总结了医院预防非典型肺炎对医疗区和非医疗区空气消毒的做法和体会,包括人员、仪器、消毒液的安排配备,消毒重点范围的选取,消毒时机,消毒时注意事项及在消毒时病人、物品的防护方法等,收到了良好的成效。

The paper introduces the experience of air disinfection in medical and non-medical areas to prevent nosocomial infection by severe acute respiratory syndrome. Their actual operations include the arrangement and allocation of personnel, instruments and disinfectants, locations of key areas to be disinfected, time of disinfection, precautions at disinfection, protection of patients and stuffs at disinfection. In the period of two months, there was no case of nosocomial infection found.
