精神分裂症复发病人服药依从性差原因分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasures of poor taking-medicine compliance in patients with recurring schizophrenia

笔者对60例再入院精神分裂症病人进行复发原因分析,结果有54例复发病人与擅自停药或拒绝服药(75.9％)、不规则用药(14.8％)及中断治疗(9.3％)有关。表明了服药依从性差,是导致精神分裂症高复发率的主要因素,并根据原因提出了护理对策。

The author analyzed the causes of schizophrenia recurrence in 60 patients, finding that 75.9% of them (54 cases) had stopped taking medicine or refused without doctor's advice; 14.8% of them taken medicine irregularly and 9.3% suspended medication. The results imply that patient's poor compliance mainly leads to the higher recurrence rate of schizophrenia. Based on them, the author brought forward her advice on the nursing counter-measures.
