^(89)锶内放射治疗骨转移瘤的护理

笔者报道了对60例骨转移瘤患者采用^(89)锶内放射治疗的护理要点:做好健康教育,消除患者的顾虑;加强放射防护,如妥善保管药物,注意治疗中、给药后的防护;做好骨痛的护理,防止病理性骨折;加强生命体征监测和不良反应的护理等。
