摘要
高等学校待聘人员的分流安置是学校人事分配制度改革的一项重要内容,它关系到学校改革、发展与稳定的大局。文章在总结高等学校待聘人员分流安置工作实践的基础上,对有关问题进行了探讨并提出了相关建议。
The reposition and settlement of personnel for reemployment at universities is an important part in the reforms of personnel and distribution system, which is closely related to the overall situation of the university's reforms, development and stability. The paper summarizes its experience in the work and discusses some relevant problems and offers some suggestions in this regard.
