摘要
学生宿舍不仅是学生日常生活与学习的重要场所,而且也是对学生进行思想政治工作和素质教育的重要阵地。因此加强学生公寓的建设与管理是高校后勤社会化改革的一项重要任务,关系到学生的切身利益,也关系到维护正常的教学、科研秩序和高校的稳定。加强学生公寓管理,一是抓硬件设施建设,逐步向教育部规定的标准努力;二是抓软件管理,逐步实现管理工作的制度化、规范化、科学化。
The dormitory is not only the important place where students stay and study, but also the important battlefield to proceed the ideological and political work and quality education. Therefore to strengthen the construction and management of the students' dormitories is an important task to reform the logistic work in college. It is directly related to the benefits of the students, to maintain the normal order of the teaching research work and the stability. To strengthen the management of the students' dorms, two things must be done: One is the capital construction to gradually meet the demands set by the Ministry of Education; the other is the management to gradually realize the systemization, standardization and scientization.
