This paper analyzes the formation process of basketball consciousness and its significance in both training and matches. It points out that attention must be paid to the basketball consciousness in the process of technical training so as to combine learning with application and training with change. The paper tries to furnish some ways for basketball teaching and training by means of exploring both basketball technical training and consciousness training.
