办好学报是一个系统工程,包括选题策划、组稿审稿、栏目设置、编辑加工、校对、装帧设计、印刷发行等诸多环节,校对是其中不可缺少的重要组成部分,是编辑工作的继续,对于保证学报质量起着把关作用。文章论述了校对在出版工作中的地位和作用,分析了期刊校对出现差错的原因和具体表现,最后就如何提高编校质量提出了几点措施。

Running university journal is a systematic project which embraces such aspects as topic selection and planning, paper contracting and peer reviewing, column design, editing and revising, proofreading, binding design, printing and publishing. Taken as the continuation of editing, the proofreading is an indispensable key serving as the watchdog to guarantee the journal's quality. This article expounds the status and function of the proofreading in publishing work and then analyses the causes and forms of mistakes in journals. It also puts forward several countermeasures in order to improve their quality in this respect.
