摘要
思想政治教育主体在思想政治教育活动中居主导地位。思想政治教育活动的绩效即有效性包括客体有效性(社会的评价)和主体有效性(主体对社会评价的主观体验)两个方面。主体对思想政治教育社会绩效的积极、自信、有为的评价即主体效能感,是主体进一步推进思想政治教育活动的心理准备状态和精神动力。文章从概念界定的基础上,着重分析主体效能感的影响因素,并提出相应的措施。
The subjectivity takes a leading role in the activities of the ideological and political work. The achievements of the said work usually embody two sides: the validity of objectivity (social assessment) and the validity of subjectivity (subjective experience of the social assessment). Subjectivity brings about positive, confident and valuable assessments for the achievements of the ideological education, which in turn gives an impetus to the ideological work and from two aspects: psychological preparations and spiritual power. The paper discusses the concept, emphasizes on those affecting elements of the efficacy of subjectivity and puts forth some measures to strengthen the work.
