摘要
孙中山从致灾的社会因素出发探究了近代长江水灾肆虐的成因,提出了标本兼治的较为系统的长江治理构想。这些思想是其民主革命思想理论的有机组成部分和重要内容,对当今的防洪减灾工作仍有重要参考价值。
SUN Yat-sen has probed into the causes of Yangtze River inundation from social factors, and has conceived the harness of Yangtze River systematically and thoroughly. These ideas are not only connected part of his democratic revolutionary thought and main contents of it, but also have great reference to current work of flood prevention and calamity reduction.
