西方正义观念最早是作为一种宇宙论的原则而被提出来的,其后经历了从"天道"到"人事"的转变,从信仰到理性的转变,从自然法观念到实证主义的转变。其间既充满着基调的转换,又保持着一以贯之的主题;既体现了时代的变迁,又代表了人类的永恒追求。其得失是非值得我们深入思考和认真借鉴。

The Western conception of justice was first put forward as a principle of cosmology. Later, it has undergone the changes from natural principle to human affair, from faith to reason, from natural law theory to positivism, and etc. Its process includes the transformations of keynotes as well as the eternity of theme, which reflects the changes of times as well as the constant pursuit of mankind. Its right and wrong or success and failure are well worth our thinking and absorbing.
