Innovative Ideas in WTO and Cultivation of Innovative Talents

WTO不仅代表的是一个经济组织,它更蕴含了丰富的精神理念,呼唤创新型人才的涌现。大学生要通过以博促专、一专多能,批判思维、主动建构,发展个性、增强活力,陶冶人格、挖掘潜力,实践活动、提升能力,来塑造和培育自身的创新意识与能力,成为WTO所需要的人才。

WTO, an economic organization featured with freedom and equality, competition, and internationalization, contains many innovative ideas. It calls for the springingup of innovative talents. As a requirement of WTO, university teaching should foster students' innovative consciousness and ability to turn them into innovative professionals by focusing on the following aspects: specialized knowledge and multiple competencies, critical thinking, active construction, character education, practical application, and personal mastery.
