The result of a survey suggests that major problems which English majors have been encountered with in the course of writing their graduation theses are confusion in selecting subject,lack of reference materials and inappropriatenes of research method,etc.The solution of these problems depends on not only teachers and students' attaching more importance to them but also the universities' great support.
