摘要
20世纪80年代以来，网络教育的诞生使传统的教师权威面临着严重的危机。重塑教师权威，教师必须实现教育意识的现代转换，完成自身素养的全面更新。
In the 1980's,network education came into being and made teachers conventional authority fall into a serious crisis.To rebuild their authority teachers should transform their educational modes of thought and improve their qualities.
