摘要
为准确显示子宫内膜毛细血管的密度,应用免疫组织化学方法,对人分泌期子宫内膜进行与血管功能密切相关的各种因子的标记表达,并应用图像分析仪进行子宫内膜毛细血管密度的测定。结果在同一组织、同一切面上,CLⅣ和CD34显示的毛细血管密度最高。提示CLⅣ和CD34是显示血管密度最好的标记物。
The aim of the present study was to examine the expression of LN, collagen Ⅳ, Ⅷ-R Ag, CD34, CD105 by immunohistochemistry in sections with human endometrial functional status. Ten secretory human endometrial sections were stained immunohistologically for two basement membrane markers ( Laminin, collagen Ⅳ ) and three endothelial markers (factor Ⅷrelated antigen, CD34, CD105). Capillary density was counted in a ×100 field (×10 objective lens and×10 ocular lens, 0.998 mm2 per field) in the most active area of endometrium by an image analyzer (LEICA Q500IW). On the same sample and the same cut of the sections, a significant difference was found in the capillary density and morphosis. CD34 and CLⅣ are the best markers for the capillary density.
