摘要
绩效考核是企业经营管理的重要内容之一。本文指出了当前企业考核中普遍存在的问题,并将绩效考核作为一种系统管理工具,结合PDCA循环思想,提出了创建有效考核的一系列措施。
Performance appraisal is one of the important contents in enterprises management. The main problems that exist in performance appraisal were pointed out, and performance appraisal is taken as a kind of a system management tool. Based on the model of PDCA 's circulation, a series of measures to establish an effectively appraisal system were put forward.
