Increasing the concentration of PET catalyst to improve the vacuum condition

摘要 介绍在聚酯产量增大时提高催化剂的浓度与真空及产品质量的关系。在产量增加35%和20%时,w(S 24)由3%提高到5%后,进入后续缩聚系统的EG量相应减少,降低了真空系统负荷,调节余量相应增大,保证真空状况的稳定。聚酯切片指标无明显变化,POY、FDY的一等品率也正常。 The relation among the increasing of catalyst concentration ,vacuum and product quality during the capacity enhancing is introduced.When the capacity increasing is 35% and 20%,the mass fraction of catalyst increased from 3% to 5%,the EG quantity which entered in the afterextended polycondensation system is relevant reduced,the vacuum system load is decreased,the corresponding adjustment margin is increased,the vacuum condition is steady.There is no obvious change on property indexes of PET chip,the firsts rate of POY,FDY is normal.
