摘要
根据聚酯装置的生产实际,分析了在高负荷(≥150t/d)下切片中端羧基值上升的原因,通过对浆料工序和酯化工序工艺参数的调整达到了控制切片中端羧基含量的目的。
According the production practice of polyester plant ,the reasons for the increasing of carboxyl end group value in chips under the condition of high load(≥150 t/d) are analyzed.By adjusting the process parameters of PTA soliquoid in EG preparation and esterification section the aims of controlling the carboxyl end group value in chips are attained.
