摘要 新世纪餐饮行业的竞争变得更加激烈,发展品牌餐饮已显得更为重要。餐饮企业应抓住市场有利时机,深化企业内部管理,形成具有竞争力的连锁经营模式,逐步塑造有影响的品牌企业。 The competition among food and beverage industries in the new century has become more intense than ever, and therefore, the creation of famous food and beverage brands is becoming increasingly important. Nowadays, what should be done for food and beverage enterprises is to seize the favorable market opportunity, probe deeply into the internal management system reform, form a chain management mode with strong competitiveness, and as a result, model gradually an enterprise with its own notable brand.
