介绍北京燕化公司年产4万t聚酯装置的设备特点和工艺过程。并联预结晶器,设备无搅拌,循环氮气经过冷却罐换热后再进反应器,器内切片柱塞流流动、气体分配器使气体分布均匀、采用导热油加热、低速密相脉冲输送切片等。本装置物耗、公用工程消耗低,产品质量高,达到或超过国外同类装置的水平。

The equipment features and technological process of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co.SSP technology are introduced.The precrystallizer is parallel connection.There is no stirring in the equipment.The recycle nitrogen gas is heat exchanged by cooling tank before entering in the reactor.Chip in the reactor is plunging flow,the gas is welldistributed by gas distributer.The thermal oil is used to heat and low speed dense phase impulse is used to deliver chip.The material and general facilities consumption is reduced,the product is superior in quality ,it can reach or exceed the specification of abroad similar equipment .
