摘要
层粘连蛋白及其受体是一类广泛存在于基底膜带中的多功能大分子糖蛋白 ,近年来研究证明它们与肿瘤的浸润和转移密切相关 ,深入探讨层粘连蛋白及其受体粘着及与肿瘤的相互作用 ,将为进一步研究肿瘤的浸润及转移提供理论依据 ,本文就层粘连蛋白及其受体与宫颈上皮内瘤样病变和子宫颈癌的关系进行综述。
Laminin and laminin receptor are multifunctional giant molecule glycoproteins which exist in basal membrane at large. Recently, they have been proved to be associated with the carcinoma's invasion and metastasis.It will provide us a theoretical basis on the tumor's invasion and metastasis to study conglutination of laminin and laminin receptor and the mutual relation between they and tumor. This summary is to sum up the correlation of laminin and laminin receptor with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma.
