摘要
利用扫描电镜观察了齿轮轴的断口形貌及金相组织,并结合齿轮轴运行过程中的受力情况分析了齿轮轴断裂失效原因.结果表明:基体存在严重的带状组织及冶金夹杂MnS导致其横向力学性能低是引起齿轮轴断裂的主要原因.
The metallographic structure and fracture morphology for a fractured gear shaft were observed by SEM. The results show that the increase in the cross force resulting from the banded structure and impurity (MnS) should be responsible for the fracture of the gear shaft.
