摘要
为了避免自由液面对船舶的安全构成威胁,结合有关的沉船事故,分析了自由液面产生的原因、自由液面对船舶初稳心高度、船舶大倾角稳性进而对船舶安全的影响,并提出了控制船舶自由液面的措施和保证船舶航行安全的操船注意事项,供船舶驾驶人员操船时参考.
In order to avoid the danger caused by free surface to the safty of ships, the causes of free surface, the effect of free surface on initial metacentric height, stability at large list angle and the safety of ship were analyzed. On the above basis, the measures to control the free surface and caution to eusure safe ship handling were also proposed to provide some reference for ship manoeuvrer.
