"入世"对贵州既是机遇也是挑战。如何抓住机遇,迎接挑战,充分利用"入世"的积极影响,尽量消除或降低其不利影响,使贵州经济有一个较大的发展,缩小与兄弟省份的差距,是当今贵州经济工作的一个重大课题。贵州医药、烟草、电力、旅游等行业是在国际、国内市场上最具比较优势的、关联带动性很强的行业。因此,分析和研究"入世"对上述行业的影响及对策,对推动贵州经济的发展具有特别重要的意义。

The accession to WTO is both an opportunity and a challenge to Guizhou.At present,one of the important projects on economy in Guizhou is how to catch hold of the opportunity and accept the challenge,make full use of the positive impact and get rid of or reduce the unfavorable impact,promote the development of economy in Guizhou,shorten the disparity between Guizhou and other provinces of China.Industries of medicine,tobacco and electric power have the most compare superiority in both domestic and overseas markets.Therefore,it is significant to analyze and research the impacts and countermeasures on those industries and promote the development of economy in Guizhou.
