亏损、破产和效益较差的企业职工已成为当今城市贫困的主体,这一群体与社会富裕阶层形成强烈对比,社会心理冲突在所难免。过大的贫富差距极易引起公众心态的失衡,潜伏着不安定因素,对社会稳定局势带来威胁。

Presently,workers and staff of lossmaking,bankrupt and slump ridden enterprises form the main part of the urban poor and this group forms a sharp contrast to the rich and powerful people in the society,hence conflicts of social psychology can hardly be avoided.Besides,extreme disparity between the rich and the poor is likely to make the public feel psychologically unbalanced and cause unstable factors,which will threaten the stable situation of the society.
