摘要
随着油田勘探开发不断深入,探井钻井已逐步向深层迈进,一些特殊要求的开发井(如混相注入井、采气井、调整井)正逐年增多,一次性封固2000-3700m的长封固段固井技术正在成为吐哈油田勘探开发的热点技术。突出的技术难点主要表现为"地层承压能力低、封固段长、注入量大、作业时间长、施工压力高"。以前解决这类技术问题,主要依靠双级或多级注水泥,但该技术施工时间长、费用高、风险大,固井成功率相对较低,很难满足油田勘探开发的需要。针对油田勘探开发的特殊要求,研究开发了泡沫低密度水泥固井技术、MTC技术、高强低密固井技术。并取得了良好的技术经济效益。
As the exploration and development in Tuha oiltield go further, drilling targets turn to deep layers. Meanwhile, development wells with special requirements are increasing gradully. Thus cementation techniques for 2000m to 3700m long cementing sections in a single trip are becoming hot point, in which the major difficulties include low pressure beating capacity of the layers, long cementing section, high injection rate, long operation time and high operation pressure. Aiming at the special requirements, low density foam slurry cementing, MTC and high strength low density cementing techniques have been developed, and obtained good economic benefit.
