非临氢重整及异构化工艺在油气加工中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 巴喀原稳厂通过非临氢重整及异构化工艺技术的引进和应用,不仅解决了巴喀原稳厂汽油产品的升级换代问题,而且为油田Ⅱ轻烃的二次加工提供了有效途径。利用吐哈油田副产品直馏汽油和Ⅱ轻烃,生产出了符合国家标准的90#低烯烃清洁汽油,汽油收率达到74.5%,另外有21%的副产品液化气,应用效果明显。 The introduction and application of catalytic reformation and isomerization process in Baka refinery not only solved the problem of gasoline uprating, but also provided a effective way for the secondary processing of Ⅱ light ends. Clean 90s gasoline with low alkene content, and being up to the state standard, have been produced by use of two byproducts, straight gasoline and Ⅱ light ends, in which the gasoline recovery rate is 74.5%, and the other byproduct, liquified natural gas 21%.
