摘要
目的 :从神经内分泌细胞因子水平探讨心力舒滴鼻剂对实验性慢性心力衰竭 (CHF)大鼠的作用机制。方法 :盐酸阿霉素腹腔注射复制大鼠心力衰竭模型 ,测定、比较心力舒和对照药福辛普利对CHF大鼠神经内分泌细胞因子水平的影响。结果 :心力舒和福辛普利均能改善实验性CHF大鼠症状 ,降低CHF大鼠循环血管紧张素Ⅰ (AngⅠ )、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )、醛固酮 (ALD)、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)水平 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1)。结论 :心力舒滴鼻剂能拮抗CHF大鼠神经内分泌细胞因子的过度激活。
Objective:It was studied in this paper that the function mechanism of Xinlishu naristillae to Chronic Heart Failure (CHF)rats by the level of neuroendocrine cytokines.Methods:Rat models with CHF were made with Adriamycin injected intraperitonealy and the parameters of neuroendocrine and cytokines were measured.Results:Both Xinlishu naristillae and Fosinopril could alleviate the rat models,reduce the level of Ang Ⅰ,AngⅡ,ALD and TNF-α.Conclusion:Xinlishu naristillae could depress the aggregation and activation of neuroendocrine cytokines in CHF rats.
