摘要
综述了生物技术处理含氟有机废水的研究进展 ,涉及微生物源、降解机理和降解途径 (好氧、厌氧 )、微生物反应器。指出要使微生物技术处理含氟有机废水走向工业应用规模必须解决的一些理论和实际问题 ,主要包括筛选出一些高效杂交体和诱变菌株 ,采取固定化技术和开发适合于微生物生长、处理的高效生物反应器 ,进一步探索微生物处理的机理和动力学。
The treatment of organofluorine-included wastewater by the biotreatment technology including microbil origins,degradation mechanism and pathway (under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions),microbial reactor is reviewed.The biotreatment technology for organofluorine-included wastewater treatment up to an industrial scale must solve some theoretical and practical problems.These problems include: screening hybrids and mutants of high performance,using immobilized technology and developing bioreactors of high performance fitting for growth and treatment of microorganism,studying biotreatment reaction mechanisms and kinetics.
