汽油吸附脱硫的研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 综述了分子筛、金属氧化物、活性炭、黏土和多核复合物等多种吸附剂在制备、精制、吸附机理、脱硫工艺及重复使用等方面的研究进展 ,特别是金属离子修饰后的分子筛、表面负载各种金属元素 (如碱金属、Ⅷ族元素、贵金属元素等 )的γ-Al2 O3吸附剂以及改性后的黏土吸附剂等。指出吸附法脱除汽油中的含硫化合物是一项具有工业应用前景的汽油脱硫新技术 ,具有操作简单、投资少、适合于深度脱硫、无污染等优点 ;吸附剂选择性的提高、重复使用的新方法以及吸附机理的深入研究是今后吸附脱硫研究的重要方向。 The adsorbents used in gasoline desulfurization,such as molecular sieve,metal oxide,activated carbon,clay and polynuclear coordination compound etc.,and their preparations,modifications,mechanism of adsorption,desulfurized technologies and recycles,are reviewed,especially modified molecular sieve,clay treated with hydrogen and γ -Al_2O_3 loaded metal elements(such as alkali metals,Ⅷ elements,noble metals).It is pointed out that the gasoline adsorptive desulfurization is a kind of new green process with extensive application prospects and characteristics of simple operation,less investment,no pollution and suitable for deep desulfuriztation.Improvement of selectivity of adsorbents,exploration of new recycle methods and deep research of mechanism will be the most important research areas.
