摘要
用均匀设计方法,采用3因素10水平试验方案,研究了合成充油溶聚丁苯橡胶与不同因素及考察变量之间的关系。结果表明:建立的数学模型因变量预报值与试验实测值吻合较好,回归方程真实可信;当多螯锂引发剂中DVB与Li摩尔比为0.27,设计单臂分子量为12.5万,偶联剂Sn与Li摩尔比为0.15时,试验所得到充油胶的综合性能良好。
The relationships between different factors and investigated variables in synthesizing oil extended solution polymerized styrenebutadiene rubber were studied by the method of uniform design, which had a three factors and ten levels in this paper . It was found that the founded mathematical models were identical between forecast value of investigated variables and experimental value. At same time, the general properties of the oil extended rubber were good while DVB/Li in the multi melic initiator, designed monoarm molecular weight and Sn/Li were 0.27, 12.5×104 ,0.15 respectively.
