碳纤维加固混凝土结构粘结材料性能的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文分析了研究CFRP与混凝土之间粘结性能的几种试验方法 ,确定采用简单易行而且十分有效的弯曲试验来研究CFRP加固混凝土结构粘结材料的性能。通过弯曲试验 ,分析粘结材料增韧前后弯曲试件的破坏特点和破坏载荷 ,得出对粘结材料进行增韧改性可以提高CFRP与混凝土的粘结性能。综合比较EZR -A1HSD增韧系统和EZR -B2DSD增韧系统的弯曲试验结果 ,认为EZR -A1HSD增韧剂用量为 15 %时 ,CFRP与混凝土之间的粘结性能最好 ,从而确定了粘结材料的最佳增韧配方。将本文的试验结果与Hamada等人的试验结果相比较 ,可以看出破坏形式和破坏特点基本相同 ,而且本文粘结材料增韧后弯曲试件的破坏载荷比增韧前提高 5 6 % 。 Several experiment methods on the adhesion property between CFRP and concrete are studied and analyzed,of these methods,bending experiment method is easy and very effective.Through bending experiment,adhesive materials failure point and load of toughened and not toughened samples are analyzed and the toughening modification of adhesive materials can improve the adhesive properties between CFRP and concrete.Comparing the bending experimental results of EZR-A1HSD and EZR-B2DSD toughening systems,it is believed when EZR-A1HSD toughening agent quantity is 15%,the adhesion between CFRP and concrete has the best properties.Therefore,the optimal toughening formulation of the adhesive materials is determined.The failure form and feature are similar between the present experimental results and the results of experiment done by Hamada et al. and the failure load of bent samples with toughened adhesive materials increase by 56% than that of not toughened adhesive materials.
