摘要
通过聚合和后处理工艺控制和调整优化,制得凝胶含量符合要求的塑料改性级星形低顺式1,4聚丁二烯橡胶F250;降低F250偶合峰的分子量,能改善其在苯乙烯中的溶解性能;使用国产抗氧剂2088代替BHT,使F250色泽得到改善。开发的F250成功应用于HIPS改性生产,所得HIPS物性相当于进口线形低顺橡胶改性HIPS的物性,其中F250对HIPS抗冲击改性效果比线形LCBR更好。
With controlling and optimizing in processing of reactor and finishing, lowcis radial polybutadiene rubber F250 could be produced at specification with low gel; The dissovability in styrene could be improved by decreasing the molecular mass of coupling peak of F250; lessened chroma of rubber could be obtained by using antioxidant 2088 as a substitute for BHT. The application for HIPS production with F250 is successful,and the physical properties of HIPS made from F250 corresponds to or be superior to that made from imported lowcis linear polybutadiene.
