摘要
在油田生产中 ,输油管道的腐蚀是有待解决的大问题。在过去的多年里 ,油田一直采用金属管道 ,其造价昂贵 ,防腐效果又不是很好 ,所以人们一直在寻求一种造价低 ,防腐效果更佳的材料来取代它。复合材料因其重量轻、耐腐蚀、价格低等特点 ,成为取代金属材料的首选而被广为采用 ,从而带动了复合材料工业的迅猛发展。各种性能更高的新型复合材料层出不穷 ,各种复合材料加工的新技术不断涌现。本文介绍了国外新兴复合材料和先进制造技术 。
Due to the advantages such as high strength,lightweight,corrosion resistance,composites are the first choice to be widely used to reduce the costs and improve corrosion resistant property of metal pipes in the oil production.This paper briefly introduces the new composites and advanced manufacturing technology and analyzes its application and development in oil field industry.
