从地红霉素合成反应母液中回收氯仿

Chloroform Recovered from Mother Liquor of Dirithromycin

采用0.1g/mL醋酸钾乙二醇溶液作为分离剂,用加盐萃取精馏法对地红霉素合成所产生的母液进行分离,找到合适的试验条件,并得到纯度为99.6％的氯仿,结果表明醋酸钾乙二醇溶液是一种来源方便,价格便宜,易于回收,分离效果理想的加盐萃取剂。

Chloroform was recovered from mother liquid of Dirithromycin by extractive rectification after adding salt with the purity of 99.6 % . 0.1 g/mL KOAc - glycol solution was chosen as the separation agent in this separation process. The result showed that it was a satisfactory extractive agent with adding salt, which was economic and easy to be recycled.
