摘要
对溴化锂吸收式制冷供热系统进行优化 ,其中一项重要的内容是研究吸收过程的强化。采用多个不同形状和尺寸的高效板翅式吸收器进行实验 ,再用表面活性介质进一步强化吸收 ,除记录有关参数外还可通过光窗观察吸收过程中膜的变化 ,同时辅以用电光分析天平和激光全息干涉方法分别研究溴化锂水溶液静止状态和成膜流动状态下水蒸汽吸收过程的局部细节 。
To optimize the absorption refrigeration and heating system of LiBr aqueous solution,high efficient plat-fin absorbers with different structure and scale are tested on the setup,and the surface-active agent is added into the solution to enhance the absorption.During the absorption,the falling film can be observed through the front glass window on the absorber.In addition,the absorption on local area in the film could be studied with the aid of the electro-photo analysis balance and the holographic interferometry for visualizing the process of absorption enhancement. This paper compares the absorption results with and without surface-active agent and emphasizes on introduction of the experimental methods and mechanism for visualizing.
