摘要
在轧制过程中,由于轧辊上的轧制载荷由加载区至无载区逐渐过渡,会在板带边部产生边降即厚度的减少现象。为减少边降对板带质量的影响,可在轧制过程中采用边降控制技术:在轧制过程中边降控制冷却系统,通过轧辊由相应的温度分布不同而得到热凸度突变来减少板带边降;也可采用边降控制辊,结构上对辊子边部区域进行弱化,减少轧辊轧制对板带边部的影响。
