摘要
提高铜精矿品位是永平铜矿选矿面临的主要技术问题之一。本文通过试验和实践总结后认为:提高一段磨矿细度能有效提高铜的浮选指标;中矿再磨不仅可以避免铜矿物的过磨,而且能提高铜精矿品位和铜回收率,建议进一步对中矿再磨方案进行深入研究;采用石灰+CTP或石灰+水玻璃强化铜硫分离,比较明显地提高了铜精矿品位;此外,使用新型高效的铜选择性捕收剂是提高铜精矿品位的有效途径。
