摘要
云南汤丹铜矿含铜品位低(平均含Cu0 64%)、氧化率高(>70%)、碱性脉石含量高(CaO+MgO>40%),而且嵌布粒度很细,给矿石加工处理带来很大困难。通过"九五"科技攻关,在试验研究的基础上建成了一座年产500t阴极铜的试验工厂,1997年底投产。本文叙述了采用氨浸—萃取—电积工艺处理汤丹高碱性脉石氧化铜矿的工艺流程和关键技术,重点叙述了试验工厂的操作和主要技术经济指标。
