提高魔芋种芋繁殖倍数是魔芋大规模发展的主要方向 ,通过 10个组织培养基培养魔芋试管苗的对比试验 ,选择出 2个较优配方 ,作为产业化应用的基础 ,同时研究探讨了 1个魔芋试管苗快繁种芋的基本方法 .

To promote propagation coefficient of the seed Konjac is the major work of developing Konjac.From ten culture medioms of tissue culture, we selected two better ingredients through Konjac contrasting of practices as bases in the future.At the same time, one method of fast propagation of seed Konjac test tube is studied.
