A Study on the Relations between Industry and Agriculture in China

我国长期形成的工业偏斜政策导致了农业生产的波动,而农业生产波动反过来又构成整个经济波动的基础,使整个国民经济长期处于偏斜循环中。工业偏斜政策是建国初期特定历史条件下我国经济发展的客观选择,随着工业化的推进,这种政策已不再适应发展的要求,矫正偏斜,实现工农业协调发展已成为历史赋予我们的重任。

The long--tilted policy to industry in China led to the fluctuation of agriculturalproduction, and in turn, the fluctuation of agricultural production forms the base for thefluctuation of National economy,a circulation of tilted policies,one after another, for longtimes. The tilted policy to industry was an objective choice under special historical conditionsat the early times of the founding of our Republic. As industrialization is being pushedahead, this tilted policy is not suitable for the requirements of development. It is an importanthistoric task for us to change the tilted policy and bring about a coordinated development ofindustry and agriculture.
