摘要
员工的过度流动会给酒店的经营管理带来一系列的负面影响。酒店要想吸引和留住优秀员工,管理者必须牢固树立以人为本的经营理念,把尊重人、理解人、关心人的人本思想贯穿渗透到制度和经营管理的方方面面,为员工的成长、成才及事业发展创造良好的内部环境。
Excessive brain drain of hotel staffs would bring a series of negative effect on hotel management. If a hotel wants to absorb and keep excellent staffs, managers must bear in mind firmly the concept that 揚eople First? which stresses the idea of respect understanding, caring of the staffs. The concept should be rooted in the policies and every aspect of management, which would build up an interial atmosphere for the development of qualified pesonnels and a prospective career.
