转变企业经营机制必须改革企业现存人事制度,而改革企业人事制度的关键是选择经营者。按照商品经济的规律选择经营者,是经济领域中的深刻革命。在实际操作中,首先要解决经营者的地位、收入以及经营者与生产者之间的关系等认识问题。
The conversion of enterprise managerial mechanism implies the reform of existing staff system of enterprises and the key to reform staff system of enterprises is choosing of managers.
