低能量激光血管内照射对冠心病患者免疫系统的调节作用

Effect of Intravascular Low-energy Laser Radiation on the Immunoregulation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

为探讨激光照射对冠心病 (CHD)患者免疫系统的调节作用 ,对 1 5例治疗组患者 ,采用低能量激光肘静脉内照射 (ILIB) ,同时服用对照组相同的西药 (阿司匹林等 ) ,两周后分别采用放射免疫法和单向琼脂扩散法测定患者血浆血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和IgM、C3 、C4等水平。结果表明 :治疗组患者IgM、C3 、C4、TNF均恢复至正常水平 。

In order to explore laser radiation's effect on the immunoregulation of CHD patients, ILIB was applied in 15 patients in the treatment group apart from the same medication (aspirin) as the control group. Two weeks later, RIA and simple agar diffusion were adopted to measure the level of TNF, IgM, C 3, and C 4. It shows that TNF, IgM, C 3, and C 4 in the treatment group all returned back to normal, and were better than those in the control group.
