摘要
为了解中医药治疗脂肪肝的临床研究进展 ,查阅分析了近 2 0年来诸多医家对脂肪肝的临床研究成果。中医治疗脂肪肝 ,从辨病与辨证相结合 ,以整体观念为指导 ,采用辨证分型或专方专药进行治疗 ,取得了较明显疗效。但对发病机理研究不深 ,临床分型尚不统一 。
The author has consulted and analyzed the clinical study reports made by physicians in the recent two decades in an attempt to learn the development in the clinical study of Chinese medication for fatty liver. Chinese physicians have applied differential treatment or specific prescription and medication with delightful results under the guidance of holistic concept. Yet study remains to be conducted of the pathogenic mechanism, unified standard for classification of types, and special remedy.
