都梁丸提取液镇痛作用及对外周组织c-fos基因表达影响的实验研究

Study on Analgesic Effect of Duliang Pill(DLP) Extract and Its Effect on C-fos Gene Expression of Periphery Tissue

目的 :研究都梁丸提取液对炎性疼痛动物模型的镇痛作用及其对外周组织c fos基因表达的影响 ,为其镇痛作用机理提供依据。方法 :测定完全福氏佐剂 (FCA)所致大鼠疼痛模型的痛阈值 ,免疫组织化学法检测外周组织c fos的表达情况。结果 :都梁丸提取液能提高炎性疼痛模型痛阈值 ,抑制外周组织c fos的表达 ,与模型组相比具显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :都梁丸提取液具镇痛作用 ,其作用可能与抑制外周组织c fos基因的表达有关。

Objective:To study the analgesic mechanism of DLP extract on FCA induced pain model. Methods:Experiment detected the pain threshold, pain grade and the expression of c fos gene in periphery tissue by using the methods of immunohistochemistry. Results DLP extract showed obvious effects, compared with model group ( P <0 05), on enhancing the pain threshold and restraining the Fos expression of periphery tissue. Conclusion:DLP extract has analgesic effect and its analgesic effect was probably associated with its effect on restraining the Fos expression of periphery tissue.
