公共图书馆应注入“超市”服务理念

本文通过对公共图书和超市的可比性分析 ,指出了二者之间既有差别 ,又有共性。特别是在对公共图书馆和超市所实施的服务理念的比较、论述后 ,提出了在公共图书馆注入超市先进服务理念的必要性和可行性。同时还指出 ,要在公共图书馆实施超市服务理念 ,必须要做好 3个方面的工作 ,以达到事半功倍的效果。

Using the method of comparative analysis, the essay points out both differences and general character exist between public libraries and supermarkets. Especially after the comparative discussion on the service creeds of the two institution, the essay speaks of the necessity and feasibility of introducing the supermarket's advanced service creed into public libraries. Simultaneously, it points out that 3 respects of work must be done well in order to get twice the result with half the effort while introducing the supermarket's service creed into public libraries.
