摘要
着眼于降低UF胶游离甲醛,讨论了合成体系中采用新型催化剂和复合固化剂对体系的影响,采用F/U=1 4,调胶时加入聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液和无机填料,研制出一种符合国家标准的低甲醛UF胶粘剂。
With stress on reducing free formaldehyde of UF adhesive, effects of new catalysts and compounded curing agents on the synthetic system is discussed. A UF adhesive with low formaldehyde emission that met the national standard was developed based on the formula F/U=1.4 with addition of polyvinyl acetate emulsion and inorganic filler when mixing the resin.
