Twin-block矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错的效果

THE THERAPEUTIC OUTCOME OF CLASS ⅡDIVISION ⅠMALOCCLUSION BY TWIN-BLOCK APPLIANCE

①目的 了解Twin block矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错的效果。②方法 应用Twin block矫治器对 2 3例 9.5～ 1 2 .0岁安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错病儿进行治疗 ,观察治疗前后X线头影测量结果变化 ,并与 1 2例未做任何治疗 9.0～ 1 2 .0岁安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错儿童的测量结果进行比较。③结果 治疗组治疗 6个月后SNB角、1 1角增大 ,ANB角、1 NA角、1 SN角减小 ,1 NA线距减小 ,1 NB线距增大 ,差异均有显著性 (t=1 .1 1 4～ 7.350 ,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1 )。而对照组各测量值 6个月后较初诊虽有增加 ,但差异无显著性 (t=0 .2 30～ 0 .575 ,P >0 .0 5)。④结论 Twin

Objective\ To evaluate the treatment effects by using Twin block appliance for classⅡdivisionⅠmalocclusion. Methods\ Twenty three children, aged 9.5-12.0 years, with classⅡdivision Ⅰmalocclusion were treated by Twin block appliance. A cephalometric analysis was made to evaluate the effect of pre and post treatment and compared with untreated 12 children with same condition. \ Results\ SNB , 1 1 increased and ANB, 1 NA, 1 SN decreased, the length of 1 NB increased and 1 NA decreased, which showed significant difference statistically ( t=1.114-7.350, P <0.05,0.01). For untreated children, though the parameters increased, the difference showed no significance ( t=0.230-0.575, P >0.05).\ Conclusion\ Twin block appliance is of growth improving and modification effects for classⅡdivision Ⅰmalocclusion.
