国产带线羟基磷灰石义眼座植入26例观察

Clinical survey on 26 cases of domestic hydroxyapatite with suture intraorbital implants

目的 观察国产带线羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼座植入的临床效果。方法 眼球摘除术后,4条直肌预置缝线,选用合适型号的国产带线HA义眼座,直接植入,共实施26例26眼并随访观察6～24月。结果 植入的义眼座性能稳定可靠,术后眼睑饱满,义眼活动度良好,未发现球体脱出等现象。4眼术后出现结膜裂开,义眼座暴露;1眼出现轻度上睑下垂,经相应处理恢复正常。结论 直接植入国产带线的HA义眼座,手术简单,安全可靠,不会发生包裹材料排斥反应和溶解等并发症,且来源丰富,无毒无抗原性,价格便宜,是目前较理想的眼眶充填物。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of domestic hydroxyapatite (HA) with suture as an intraorbital tamponade to be implanted for the correction of eyeball enucleated. Methods A total of 26 cases receiving the HA with suture intraorbital implants were observed and followed-up 6 - 24 months. The HA implants were unwrapped and implanted on primary or secondary phases. Results All of the 26 cases were successful. The patients were found to have full eyelids and the HA implantations were found to be satisfactory and well movement. 4 cases had the complications of implants exposure, and 1 case ptosis. Conclusion This proved the applicability of the technology. Since the domestic HA is abundant, non-poisonous, antigenicity-free, safe and cheaper, it is an ideal intraorbital tamponade which may replaced the imported HA.
