摘要
采用四变量三水平的多因素设计方案 ,借助计算机辅助的多元回归分析和多维作图方法 ,研究了磨机转速、介质充填量、给矿量和矿浆浓度等过程变量对磨矿细度和净功耗的影响 ,确定了它们之间的相互关系 ,评价了各过程量的相对重要程度 ,并且由一系列三维曲面显示了诸变量的组合效应 。
This paper,using multi—factor design一一four variables,each at three levels,studies theprocess variables such as mill speed,medium charge,material feed and ore slurry density,which have an influence on particle fineness and net energy consumption,with the aid ofcomputer,multi—variant regression analysis and multi—Defigure,determined the relationbetween them and evaluates the importance of each process variableThe three—D surfacegenerated by the computer shows the combined effect of variables,which provides usefulinformation for a further study on parameter characteristics and process control
